Ronald Koeman's time as Southampton manager looks to be over after it has been confirmed that the Dutchman has agreed terms with Everton to replace the recently fired Roberto Martinez as manager at Goodison Park.
News has been circulating for much of this past week that the former Feyernoord and Benfica manager had emerged as the Toffees top candidate for the job, with Frank de Boer and Sevilla's serial Europa League winning coach Unai Emery also reported to be on the shortlist.
However, it appears the Merseyside club have made Koeman an offer he can't refuse, significantly increasing his salary at St. Mary's with a contract worth an estimated £6m-a-year.

A compensation package of about £5 million has been agreed between the two clubs.
And he isn't going alone.
