Bosses have been urged to allow employees to finish early in order to watch the crunch clash between England and Germany on Tuesday.
The Euro 2020 round of 16 fixture takes place at the earlier and slightly inconvenient 5pm kick-off slot and means many workers across the country face missing some of the game.
But given the enormity of the match, the TUC (Trades Union Congress) are asking for employers to implement flexibility - even if means making the time up at a later date.
As per The Mirror, TUC general secretary Frances O'Grady said: "Bosses should talk to their staff and try to let people who want to watch games do so - at work or at home - and then claim back the time afterwards.

"Whether it's about major sporting events like Euro 2020, attending a medical appointment or picking up the kids from school, allowing people more flexibility in how and when they do their work makes them happier.
"It cuts absenteeism and raises productivity."
It's estimated that around 22 million people could be tuning in for the latest chapter in one of football's most historic rivalries. The game will be shown live on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer, potentially bringing in a record TV viewing audience for 2021.

45,000 fans will be in attendance at Wembley, the vast majority of whom will be England supporters.
It's expected that only 2,000 Germany fans will be present due to travel restrictions imposed.
The winner of Tuesday's encounter will take on either Sweden or Ukraine in the quarter-finals at Rome's Stadio Olimpico on Saturday night.
