Who knew Billy Sharp was a big wrestling fan?! The Sheffield United striker continued his red-hot goalscoring form by bagging a double in the 2-2 draw away at Norwich City and came up with a celebration that has since gone viral.

After finding the net from the spot in the 79th minute, the 32-year old proceeded to perform a tribute to Mick Foley by busting out 'Mr Socko' - the signature move made famous by Foley's Mankind character - and even gave his teammate a 'Mandible Claw' to top it off.

And WWE Hall of Famer Foley even caught wind of the tribute, with the two sharing a brilliant interaction on social media.

As far as we know, Sharp becomes the second footballer to an Attitude Era style celebration - Adebayo Akinfenwa celebrated a goal for Wycombe last season by giving his teammate Luke O'Nien the People's Elbow.

Incredibly, The Rock himself replied to his fellow man mountain and gave Ade's version of the most electrifying move in sports entertainment his seal of approval.

Sharp, meanwhile, is now on 18 goals for the season and has hit 75 goals in his last 130 appearances for the Blades.

Here's hoping he makes an appearance in tonight's Royal Rumble match in Phoenix, Arizona...
