Following on from ITV's announcement yesterday, the BBC have unveiled their impressive list of pundits for the upcoming World Cup.

Gary Lineker will once again front the coverage, with Mark Chapman, Gabby Logan and Dan Walker joining him in Russia as presenters.

And in a brilliant announcement group chat style video, they revealed who will be providing analysis for the showpiece.

It's fair to see the BBC have bagged themselves some brilliant new additions.

Regulars such as Danny Murphy, Alan Shearer, Kevin Kilbane, Phil Neville, Alex Scott, Mark Lawrenson and Jermaine Jenas will be travelling to Eastern Europe, but the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba, Pablo Zabaleta and Jurgen Klinsmann have all been snapped up and will offer their thoughts on all the action when 14 June rolls around.

England legends Lampard and Ferdinand have both proved their worth on BT Sport, while it will be interesting to see how Zabaleta and Drogba, both still active players, get on in their new roles.

ITV's lineup consists of four former Manchester United captains: Ryan Giggs, Patrice Evra, Roy Keane and Gary Neville - the latter widely viewed as the best in the business when it comes to punditry.

Sweden icon Henrik Larsson, Slaven Bilic, Eniola Aluko and Martin O'Neill will all be there too, as will referee Mark Clattenburg.

Who edges in terms of pundits? Which broadcasting giant has the better lineup?

Sound off in the comments.
