For the first time in nearly 40 years, Arsenal will wear red shorts with their home strip against West Brom tomorrow.
The Gunners have traditionally wore white shorts with their red home shirts, though there was a time where they would wear red on occasion.
They famously wore red shorts on Boxing Day against Southampton in 1970 to avoid a kit clash, but they haven't been seen for a long time.

However, as confirmed on the club's official website, the red shorts will be returning tomorrow.
Both West Brom and Arsenal wear white shorts and did so in the reverse fixture at the Emirates, where Arsenal won 2-0 courtesy of a brace from Alexandre Lacazette.

Arsenal have played at the Hawthorns in their colours on a number of occasions in recent times, though they wore their away strip in last season's 3-1 defeat.

But Arsenal have decided to switch to red shorts for their final game on 2017, bringing back some nostalgia for the older generation of fans.
