Arsenal fans will absolutely love this stat.

Since Hector Bellerin broke into the Gunners' first-team, few right-backs in the country have matched his high-flying performances. But it turns out that it's not only full-backs, but also midfielders, who are struggling to keep pace with the athletic Spaniard.

Bellerin was in his usual fine form today, setting up Alex Iwobi for the winger's first Arsenal goal in their win over Everton at Goodison Park.

And that means Bellerin now has as many Premier League assists this campaign as Cesc Fabregas, with both on four apiece.

The Gunners rejected the chance to bring Fabregas, 28, back to the Emirates in 2014 and he went on to provide 18 assists for his team-mates as the Blues romped to the league title last year.

OK, this might not be quite as vintage a year for Fabregas or his side Chelsea, but you'd still expect the former Barcelona man to have contributed a bit more for the Blues.

Perhaps Wenger was right to reject bringing Fabregas back.
