Sure, they splashed £30 million on Granit Xhaka and signed Takuma Asano among other, but they've missed out on array of potential targets as the Arsenal faithfuls become more disgruntled with the lack of transfer activity.

Speaking at the post-match presser, Arsene Wenger confirmed they'll be without the Japanese striker FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON because he has not got a work permit.

Why is he without one? Well..

In a nutshell; the only attacking mindset player they've drafted in is ineligible to play for this season. What a joke.
