"If you have a daughter you’d be open to have this type of person with your daughter, to marry your daughter!"

Antonio Conte has given one of his Chelsea stars the blessing to marry his daughter.

Just a shame he's married.

Following the sale of Diego Costa, Chelsea will now be relying on summer signing Alvaro Morata for goals, and he's already made an impressive start to life in West London.

The Spaniard has netted three Premier League goals, and the Italian boss feels he's got a 'complete player' on his hands.

"I like him because he's a complete player and also he has a lot of room to improve in every situation, tactical, physical, technical aspect, he's very committed, his behaviour is always fantastic," Conte said via Telegraph.

And while he's a deadly striker in front of goal, Morata is also a very polite person.

"He is a very polite player, I like this, also I like that he's a good finisher, he 'feels' the goal in every moment, he's very good and understanding which is the best position in the box to receive the ball, to understand where the ball is going.

How polite?

Well, polite to enough to marry your daughter.

"He's a really good guy. It means if you have a daughter you'd be open to have this type of person with your daughter, to marry your daughter! A really good guy, a polite person," he added.

Morata got married over the summer amidst being subject to intense transfer speculation. It appeared a move to Manchester United was on the cards, until Real Madrid struck a lucrative deal with Chelsea.

He'll be hoping to add to his goal tally when the English champions face Stoke City away from home, this afternoon.
