He's a hero to supporters of Atletico Madrid and the France national team and now Antoine Griezmann will try his hand at being a superhero.
That's because the Frenchman has been drafted in to take on the role of Superman in the French adaptation of 'The Lego Batman Movie' - set to be released next month.
Known for his powers on the pitch, Griezmann will provide the voice for the character, as he confirmed yesterday in a video on his Facebook page.

Why have a random voice actor when you can have a national treasure in Griezmann, who scooped the Golden Boot and Player of the Tournament awards at Euro 2016 in the summer?
But the former Real Sociedad man isn't the only France international to appear in the film. His compatriot, PSG midfielder Blaise Matuidi will apparently provide the voice for The Flash character.
If we're being honest, director Chris McKay should have just had the whole French national team cast in the film.

Griezmann and Matuidi will suffice for now though but here's hoping 'Patrice Evra: The Movie' becomes a thing in the next few years.
