Former Manchester United youngster Angel Gomes scored and grabbed an assist as Boavista ran out shock 3-0 winners against lead leaders Benfica last night.
After making a total of 10 appearances in the United first-team, Gomes was released upon the expiration of his contract in the summer.
The 20-year-old was snapped up on a five-year-deal by French side Lille, who immediately loaned him out to Boavista in the Primeira Liga.

Gomes has strong family ties to Portugal and he's been in sensational form since making the switch. On Sunday evening he opened the scoring with a penalty that he won himself and then assisted Alberth Elis with a delightful pass to make it 2-0 before half-time.
Yanis Hamache added the third in the second half to inflict a first defeat of the season on Benfica.

Gomes has been absolutely running the show for Boavista, with four assists and two goals in his first four outings for the club.
The England youth international recorded a hat-trick of assists on his debut and scored a stunning goal from the halfway line last month.
His performances have been garnering plenty of plaudits, with plenty of United fans impressed by what they've seen.
Once again, United may just end up regretting their decision to let one of their top talents leave.
