Andy Robertson has deleted a video of himself playing ping-pong with John McGinn and Covid-positive Billy Gilmour.

Gilmour, 20, has tested positive for Covid-19 and will miss Scotland's crucial European Championship fixture against Croatia on Tuesday.

The Chelsea midfielder starred as the Scots held England to a goalless draw at Wembley Stadium last Friday.

Following the confirmation of Gilmour's positive test, a clip of the youngster having fun with Scotland teammates Robertson and McGinn from the team hotel surfaced online.

Robertson uploaded the footage on Instagram - but the video has since been DELETED.

It remains unclear whether anyone else in Scotland's party will be forced into isolation as a result of Gilmour's positive test.

Scotland fans are worried about the possibility of also losing captain Robertson and star midfielder McGinn.

The Scottish FA statement reads: "The Scottish FA can confirm that a member of the Scotland national team playing squad, Billy Gilmour, has tested positive for Covid-19.

"Having liaised with Public Health England since the positive test was recorded, Billy will now self-isolate for 10 days and therefore miss tomorrow's Uefa Euro 2020 Group D match against Croatia at Hampden."

Steve Clarke's side must win at Hampden Park if they want to advance to the last 16.
