Aguero: Messi Is The Worst I've Ever Seen Him
Lionel Messi missed a penalty as his side lost out in another international final, subsequently calling time on his Argentina career.
Yet more international heartbreak has led to the Barca legend bringing the curtain down on his Argentina career. But those thinking this may be a knee-jerk reaction could be proved wrong, as Manchester City frontman Sergio Aguero has revealed the full extent of Messi's emotional state following the Copa America final penalty shoot-out defeat to Chile.
Aguero, a longtime international compatriot, has claimed this was the most devastated he has ever seen him, saying;
"We are all s****y, we are trying to think about other things and continue on forward. But it's hard. Once again luck has gone against us. Unfortunately, the most broken one is Messi for his missed penalty. It is the worst I have ever seen him in the dressing rooms after a game."
it became Argentina's third consecutive major tournament loss after their defeat to Germany in the 2014 World Cup Final, as well as, not one, but two losses to the hands of Chile in the Copa America in both 2015, then 2016.
The 29-year-old has failed to emulate his incredible club form for La Albiceleste, as it's believed Aguero is also considering his Argentina career.
