Barcelona appear to have another gem in the ranks after 20-year old Alex Collado scored a stunning Lionel Messi-esque goal against Atletico Levante.

The La Masia product collected the ball on the right flank and majestically weaved his way through four defenders, producing a silky double nutmeg before finishing the mazy dribble with a filthy backheel past the goalkeeper.

The outrageous solo goal came in the 90th minute and helped Barca B to a 2-0 home win over Levante at the Estadio Johan Cruyff.

Collado did have a little bit of good fortune with the way the ball came back to him but earned his luck purely for the sheer wizardry he conjured up when it looked like he was going down a blind alley.

It's genuinely like watching a Messi wondergoal, with the perfect blend of skill and balance to dribble into the space and then supply the cheekiest of finishes.

Said to be one of the most highly-rated youngsters at the club and with a 100 million euros release clause in his contract, Collado made his debut for the Blaugrana against Celta Vigo and made a huge impression on Ernesto Valverde in pre-season.

According to SPORT, the Barca boss was considering promoting him to the first-team on a permanent basis at the start of the season and one would suspect he'll get some gametime under his belt in the Copa del Rey.
