Jurgen Klopp's side went into their game on Saturday having only dropped points against Chelsea so far this season, and continued their excellent form.

Liverpool had to be on their toes, with Palace having recently beaten Tottenham Hotspur, but goals from Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah looked to have sewn up all three points.

With just a minute left of normal time, Keita wrapped up the scoring with a brilliant volley from the edge of the area and then went all Cantona in his celebration.

With Manchester City drawing 0-0 against Southampton, after Pep Guardiola pleaded with fans to turn up, it left the Reds top of the table by three points.
