Darren Bent has picked a controversial all time Premier League XI, with Mohamed Salah and Kyle Walker included to the surprise of many.

The conversation about who would get into any sort of combined XI is always one that will split opinion and trying to work it out for the past near 30 years will obviously cause arguments.
There would be very little agreement between anyone, with perhaps the league's all time top scorer Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry the only two players guaranteed in everyone's teams.
Bent has picked his XI and caused a bit of a stir by including three players who are still in the league, although perhaps Cristiano Ronaldo's appearance is less controversial.
Salah and Walker, particularly the latter, have really caused people to question the team, as has the lack of Frank Lampard, Paul Scholes, John Terry or Gary Neville.

Whilst some people aren't too sure about certain players' selections, another pundit has claimed that Salah is the best in the world right now.
Former Liverpool forward Dean Saunders has claimed that not even Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo are currently playing as well as the Egyptian this season.
