Jesse Lingard responded to a fan in the Old Trafford stands who was giving him abuse while he warmed up in the drubbing at the hands of Liverpool.
Manchester United were thumped 5-0 by their north west neighbours, with Mo Salah scoring a hat-trick and Naby Keita and Diogo Jota also on target.
United were booed off at half-time when trailing by four goals, while plenty of angry supporters left the stadium in the mauling.
And on social media, footage emerged of Lingard getting an earful from a fan during the game. The England international was an unused substitute in the game and told the supporter where to go.

In footage uploaded by @CantonaManc, Lingard appeared to reply, "I'm not on the pitch."
The video appears to have been taken in the first half, where United were an absolute mess at the back and trailed by four goals at half-time of a Premier League fixture for the first time in their history.

Paul Pogba was also warming up alongside Lingard and was introduced at half-time for Mason Greenwood.
Yet on the hour mark, the France international was sent off for a horrendous late challenge on Keita that forced the former RB Leipzig man off on a stretcher.
The devastating defeat leaves United in seventh place in the Premier League going into games against Spurs and Manchester City in the coming weeks.
