N'Golo Kante was Leicester City's most influential player during their remarkable Premier League title-winning season. A genuine cheat code. And his individual highlights from that campaign perfectly echo this sentiment.

The diminutive Frenchman enjoyed a sensational debut term in England's top flight as he helped his team to a stunning league triumph.

He was at the heart of Leicester's title success, producing heroics in the middle of the park.

Kante made his name as a defensive workhorse, recovering the ball and setting up attacks through his incredible engine.

His underrated playmaking skills went largely unnoticed with Riyad Mahrez getting most of the attacking plaudits.

But he could pick out a pass and was extremely intelligent on the counter.

Kante's first season in England has been brilliantly compiled in a video courtesy of Twitter user @SANTANA9II.

In response to the compilation, one fan wrote: "Best PL debut season ever," while another said: "Kante 15/16 was a cheat code."

A third added: "He is THE reason Leicester won the title, him driving with the ball winning most duels and stopping attacks was unreal also he was intelligent in the counter with great decision making."

Another wrote: "Ain't seen a CDM have a season this good since Busquets 2012."

Of course, Kante went onto sign for Chelsea where he won the league title in his first season at Stamford Bridge.

Peak Kante will go down as one of the greatest midfielders in Premier League history. What a player.
