Lukas Podolski's legs are bloody huge. Pass it on.
He's in the shape of his life despite being 32-years-old. After plying his trade with some of the biggest clubs in Europe - from Bayern Munich, Arsenal to Inter Milan, among others, he then ventured to Asia.
Though not to the money-rich Chinese Super League. Instead, Podolski signed for Japanese side Vissel Kobe.

And he's already proven to be a hit, scoring goals in the J-League with his trusted left peg.
But while he's head and shoulders above the talent in Japan, Podolski remains in unbelievable shape. Specifically his legs.
Podolski does NOT skip leg day.
The German legend retired from international duty earlier in the year to concentrate on his family. And he marked his final game with a thunderbastard against England, bowing out in style.
