The Nike Tiempo Legend VI Anti-Clog Traction, as they're called, featured "anti-clog" traction which basically means all that mud and grass and, whatever else has been left by someone walking their dog all over your Sunday league pitch, won't stick to the bottom of your boots.
That means that as well as stopping you from slipping as much, other than when you tackle yourself or slip over the ball and smack your head off the ground, trust me it's an embarrassing moment, you also won't be stamping all that mud over the changing room floor when the game's over.
