In December, Nike revealed some extraordinary looking gloves named 'Mercurial Touch Elite' ahead of the 2018 World Cup, and they are finally released for the public in a black and volt colorway, per Footy Headlines.

Nike, you've truly out done yourselves. And they have changed the face of gloves forever.

The likes of Jack Butland and Alisson Becker have both been snapped donning the new gloves, which features no traditional wrist wrap approach.

Instead, a revolutionary reverse-stitched gusset wrap.
