James Rodriguez 'Party Beast' Came Out During Secret Bayern Munich Night Out

James Rodriguez 'Party Beast' Came Out During Secret Bayern Munich Night Out

Bayern Munich players snuck out of their hotel in Miami to have a big night out, orchestrated by David Alaba, Rafinha and Franck Ribery.

Bayern Munich players snuck out of their team hotel for a night out in Miami back in 2018 and it brought out James Rodriguez' 'Party Beast.'

Details of a secret night out for the players, that was originally barred by then manager Niko Kovac, have been revealed by Bild on Wednesday.

According to the report, the night out happened on a pre season tour of America, heading into the 2018/19 season, just after Kovac had taken over from Jupp Heynckes.

The team went up against Juventus and Manchester City as they looked to prepare for a seventh title win in-a-row, which would obviously come along the next May.

After beating City, the players expected to be allowed a night out to have fun but instead their new manager decided to stop their plans.

That's because just a few days later they were due to face Manchester United in a friendly back on home soil, with Kovac telling his players, "Nobody goes out! We have an incredibly important test game in a few days.

"We have to be focused and concentrated. The first Bundesliga game awaits us in six weeks. Celebrating is not possible in preparation."

Instead of listening to their manager, David Alaba, Rafinha and Franck Ribery organised a 'Miami Nights' Whatsapp group and then a trip, which saw them sneak out of their hotel to have some fun.

The paper notes that it was whilst they were out that then Real Madrid's on loan James turned on his 'Party Beast' side and really enjoyed the night.

James is said to have shared videos of the night's debauchery in the group, and they arrived back as late as 6 am the following morning.

Despite the fact that Kovac's brother, and assistant manager, Robert saw them leaving for their evening, it's said the manager didn't shout at the players or even bring it up.

Kovac managed the whole season with Bayern, winning yet another Bundesliga title, but was sacked early the following term, and the report claims that his decision not to discipline the players in Miami was the start of them not respecting the boss, that eventually led to his sacking.

Whilst he used to spend his time partying in Miami, these days Colombia star James is playing in Qatar, and things didn't start too well for him.

First the former Everton number 10 was spotted watching his new team from the stands, and he didn't look all too impressed, before being sent off in just his third match for Al-Rayyan.

Still, they'll always be the memories of Party Beast!
