Serge Gnabry grabbed his second Werder Bremen goal this afternoon - and it may make Arsenal fans sad.
The German midfielder returned to his homeland before the end of the summer transfer window after realising his first opportunities would be limited with the Gunners. That would have been unwelcome news for Arsenal fans who expected Gnabry to become a top player with them after making his debut for the club as a 17-year-old back in 2012.
Gnabry got his first goal for the Bundesliga outfit against Borussia Monchengladbach last month and added his second this afternoon against Darmstadt:
That is a great goal - but one Arsenal fans might wish he was scoring for them.
Unfortunately for Gnabry, it wasn't to be the winning goal in the game as Darmstadt hit back shortly after to draw 2-2.
