Manchester United fans would have been very happy with avoiding both Lyon and Roma in the last 32 of the Europa League. Tonight Alexandre Lacazette proved exactly why they wanted to avoid the French side.
The Europa League is open season this year because for once Sevilla aren't actually in the competition. To be honest that scares me a little, pretty certain it's one of the signs of the apocalypse.
That means a cup competition and a Champions League place is up for grabs and both Lyon and Roma are amongst the favourites to win.

The pair faced off tonight in France for the first leg. Roma led 2-1 in the first half but in the second half the Ligue 1 side turned it around.
Alexandre Lacazette put shine on the score by scoring a last minute fourth goal to make it 4-2, what a beauty:

Lacazette has long been linked with a big money move with Arsenal amongst the sides who are often rumoured to be wanting the forward.
