Adrian Justinussen stunned fans in the Faroe Islands with a brilliant hat-trick in just eight minutes, with all three goals impressively coming from free kicks.

The 21-year-old opened his scoring for HB Torshavn in their game against AB Argir on Sunday with a goal in the eighth minute of the game with a set piece from the left side of the box.

Just four minutes later he added a second from the other side of the keeper's area, with the goalie getting his hands to the effort but being unable to do anything about it.

And just a few minutes later it was three as Justinussen completed the angles by scoring from a set piece that was more central, and further out. He added a fourth goal to his tally in the 21st minute, this time from open play.

Justinussen's big day had kicked off in just the fourth minute of the game when he laid on the assist for Oussur Dalbud to open the scoring.

After the opening 21 minutes of madness though the game took on a more serene look for the final 70 minutes with no more goals added.

Justinussen's incredible game of free kicks now puts him just 74 free kick goals behind the best taker of all time Juninho Pernambucano, although the former Lyon midfielder scored his at a slightly higher level of football.

The Brazilian netted 77 times in his career, making him the top scorer of free kicks in history, seven ahead of fellow countryman Pele.

David Beckham is the only Englishman in the top 10, with 65 free kick goals in his career, and incredibly goalkeeper Rogerio Ceni also makes the list in ninth with 59, unreal.
