There's no better feeling in the world than scoring the winning goal against a derby. Well perhaps there's a way to make that feeling even better, if you score a goal like Schalke's Naldo did against Borussia Dortmund.
When it comes to rivalries the closer to each other you are geographically the spicier these things can get, mainly because you're guaranteed whichever side you support you'll know fans of the opposition.
In the Bundesliga there aren't too many bigger rivalries than the one that exists between Schalke and Borussia Dortmund, known as the Revierderby with both sides situated in the Ruhr region of Germany, just over 30km away.

This season the rivalry has been ramped up with both sides battling with each other, and Bayer Leverkusen, to become the second best side in the country behind Bayern Munich.
This afternoon the two sides faced each other in Gelsenkirchen with Schalke knowing they could go four points clear with a win. Yevhen Konoplyanka put the hosts ahead but it was defender Naldo who guaranteed the points with an absolute rocket of a free kick:
The win cements Schalke's position as the best of the rest, with Bayern already champions once again, and with just four games left of the season they're likely to be in the Champions League next season.
