Nadiem Amiri harnessed the power of Dennis Bergkamp as he opened the scoring for Bayer Leverkusen against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday afternoon.
The Germany midfielder scored the goal of the day, and laid down an early marker for this year's Puskas Award, in the ninth minute of the game.
Amiri received a chipped ball in the box and turned the defender marking him with a wonderfully executed nutmeg, to leave him one-on-one with Frankfurt keeper Kevin Trapp.

The attacker stumbled a bit in front of the goalie, who attempted to close him down, but Amiri then back-heeled the ball past Trapp and into the goal, utter perfection!
Frankfurt really should have given up playing at that point but they'll be glad they carried on, Amin Younes equaalised on 22 minutes before an Edmond Tapsoba own goal in the 54th minute gave them thelead.

Whatever happens before full time though the game will be remembered for Amiri's goal, the whole of 2021 will be remembered for it quite frankly!
