We've all got that one that got away. That one we probably shouldn't have messed up like the others and constantly think 'what could have been.' For Arsene Wenger that's Serge Gnabry, who scored an absolute beauty on Saturday afternoon.
Serge Gnabry was one of the most exciting prospects for Arsenal in a period where they've often been nothing more than exciting prospects but the difference is the German looks likely to win league titles, just not with the Gunners.
There was a lot of excitement about the 22 year old back when he was just a teenager and made his Arsenal debut but his lack of playing time on loan at West Brom was replicated when he returned to the Emirates.

When his contract ended he headed back to Germany with Werder Bremen. After a decent first season there he earned himself a move to Bayern Munich who then sent him on loan to Hoffenheim.
Today Gnabry helped his parent club get a step closer to being Bundesliga champions by scoring a long range goal against second placed RB Leipzig, inflicting a loss on the Red Bull owned team:

The good news for Arsenal is that they could still one day sign Gnabry back. He might cost a lot of money by then but at least that means he'll be a very good player by then.

For me the one that got away removed me on Facebook a long time ago, no chance!
