Meanwhile, the official announcement of the FIFA 18 cover star was also announced recently.

It was confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo, fresh from winning the Champions League for the fourth time in his career courtesy of a 4-1 win over Juventus in Cardiff, Wales, is this year's main man.

The four-time Ballon d'Or winner has never been on the cover of the game prior this game, and the move continues his run as a marketing machine by becoming the face of the FIFA franchise as well as a global ambassador.
