Virgil Van Dijk must be an avid FIFA Ultimate Team player to have his own personal card. However, his Ultimate Team has been leaked and it's full with as many Icons as you expect.
If a player asks EA for their own card, they normally get one with a rating in the 90s with some boosted stats. However, Van Dijk looks like his card is one of the best, and the team he's built around himself isn't too bad either.

In the back five, Van Dijk has surrounded himself at LCB with players who he has personal ties with it seems. With his Liverpool teammates, Alisson Becker at Goalkeeper, and Liverpool Full-Back duo of Andrew Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Both in their in-form card variant.
However, his partner at the back is his own National Team Manager, Ronald Koeman, in his Icon card variant. Rated 88 on FIFA 20, Koeman has some ridiculous stats such as 86 Shooting, to go with his 86 Passing, and 87 Defending.

With Virgil Van Dijk having his formation as a central diamond 442 variant, his CDM is another Dutch legend, in the form of Clarence Seedorf. The famous Dutch Midfielder is in his 88 Icon variant, with 80+ in all of his base stats (excluding defense).
The two Central-Midfielders consist of Lionel Messi tucking in from his favoured position out on the right, in to the centre. And, Ruud Gullit as the LCM. Gullit is known as one of the best all-round cards in Ultimate Team history, and is a no brainer for this team full of the best.
At the #10 or CAM position is Ronaldinho. The 91 rated Ronaldinho boasts five-star skill moves, as well as 91 Pace, and 92 Dribbling.
And the two men leading the line for Van Dijk, are Pele and Ronaldo Nazario. The Brazilian duo rated 95 and 94 respectively, are widely regarded as two of the top five players of all time.

Van Dijk's team is arguably one of the best teams assembled on FIFA Ultimate Team, however, it probably cost a pretty penny too.
Then again, who knows, you might be able to beat Van Dijk's super-team with your Silver rated Hybrid team.
