There's A Glitch That Means You Simply Cannot Lose On FIFA 17

Game-changer...

Over the years, we've seen plenty of glitches in FIFA.

Though the head honchos at EA Sports work tirelessly year on year to iron out any issues with the game, a few still remain.

And one that has been picked up by many is a glitch that means it is virtually impossible to lose on this year's game. Now that does seem far-fetched as what could be possibly happen for you to be exempt from defeat on the game?

Even the best players have difficulty on the game as after all, everyone can have a bad day at the office.

But the glitch is actually linked to when you kick off in games.

When you come up against a team who you are absolutely sure are going to get tanked or the opponent's connection is utterly dreadful resulting in uncontrollable lag, sometimes the standard procedure is to quit the game and take the 3-0 loss. It's better than getting leathered 10-1.

However, as pointed out by FIFA YouTuber Nepenthez, brought to our attention by Dream Team, there's a way around it.

He noticed that after forfeiting an FUT Champions Weekend League game, when the match was paused with not even on a second on the clock and a signal pass being made, a dribble being attempted or a shot being took, his record was untouched and remained exactly the same.

Check out the clip he posted here:

So basically if you are instantly frightened by the opposition, you can leave the game without being handed a defeat.

Commenters said that the glitch is indeed legitimate, with one saying that the opponent needs to have kick-off and pause the game for it to work.

A new patch was recently unveiled by EA as they look to improve the overall quality and enjoyment of the game and you'd expect them to have their eyes fixated on this particular glitch as it could get silly.

But at the time of writing, it's still very there to see so if you are paired with an opponent who you feel could completely destroy you, your opponent has kick-off and presses pause immediately, you can get out of the game without it affecting your record.

I've personally never come across it but I'll certainly be having a dabble now...
