Every four years at the World Cup the same old question pops up about just how players are coping with the endless hours not doing anything between games and Ousmane Dembele has come up with the perfect distraction.
The question of how footballers cope during the World Cup has often baffled me because outside of doing a couple of hours of training a day, playing football every few days and travelling between games the only difference with their usual lives is that they're in a different country.
At this World Cup there is more travelling between games than pretty much any other, but then that's what happens when you host it in the world's largest country.
If it were me that would mean loads of podcast listening, a bit of sleeping and the occasional page of a book before I gave up.
But in reality I'd much rather use Ousmane Dembele's way of procrastinating between games as he has created a whole new team on Football Manager to have himself a good old save.
Ousmane Dembélé's substitute role for France & the long journeys across Russia have led him to create an entirely new team on Football Manager called Winchester FC in England: "This is my new project, there's going to be a South American atmosphere in the stadium."- Get French Football News (@GFFN) July 1, 2018

Seriously we've got to assume that Dembele is a big fan of Shaun of the Dead unless he happens to be a big fan of the beautiful city in Hampshire.
Having spent a lot of time on Football Manager I've got a hell of a lot of respect for Dembele but he best keep that game away from his teammates incase they find out which of them he hasn't signed...
