Football Manager fans have just two months to wait for the latest edition of the game, FM 21, with Sports Interactive announcing the game will be released on November 24th.
In August Sports Interactive director Miles Jacobson had warned that there would be a delay in getting the game out this year, due to Covid-19, but that it would still be out this year.

However the November 24th date means that there's barely a delay with the game usually coming out, early to mid November anyway.
In even more exciting news the game will return to Xbox for the first time since 2007. The version will come out on Xbox One sometime before the end of the year and will be 'specifically tailored' to the console.
Speaking about the release Jacobson said, "Football Manager 2021 is a historic release for us as a studio. We're bringing FM to more platforms than ever before and giving more people the chance to manage their favourite club - whether that's on their PC, from the comfort of their sofa or on their phone or tablet."

The Xbox version will be a more streamlined version of the game, similar to the Touch edition, and will be a digital 'Play Anywhere' title that means players can play their saved game across Xbox and any Windows 10 PC.
The game will be available for Xbox Series S and X and you'll pay just once to play them across the Xbox One and the next generation consoles.
Features will start to be announced in October and the full list will be out by the beginning of November for fans to see what is new to the game this year.

Those who pre order the game before launch will get 10% off the game and early access around two weeks before release, with saves being able to carry on on the full version.
