Brilliant Douglas Costa Scorpio Kick From FIFA 19

Brilliant Douglas Costa Scorpio Kick From FIFA 19

FIFA 19 is less than a week away and knowing that you'll be able to do this will change the way you play against your friends.

It's very nearly here and that means that I'll very nearly be able to stop pretending I know anything about FIFA 19, or any other FIFA game for that matter. What I do know is that this goal by Douglas Costa is very good.

There's simply nothing better than getting the chance to embarrass your friend on a football pitch or if not that then a virtual pitch on FIFA. Personally I rarely get the chance to do either as I'm not very good at either.

However if you are in fact any good at FIFA then the good news is you have just six days till you can invite the boys round and find out which of you is the best. If you get really good you might even be able to pull off this incredible scorpio kick goal:

My gaming years stopped a good few years ago which is why news of the Classic Playstation One being released filled me with much joy this week, we just hope they bring back a classic FIFA as part of it.

In big news for gaming fans and those who live for a nostalgia trip, Sony have unveiled the PlayStation Classic, which is basically a rework of the PS1 that gave us so many memories back in the day.

The PlayStation Classic, which is 45% of its original size thanks to games being pre-loaded onto the console will come with 20 iconic games, although only five have been revealed so far. Final Fantasy VII, Jumping Flash, Ridge Racer Type 4, Tekken 3, and Wild Arms are set to make a return.

It hits stores across US, Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia on 3 December (available for pre-order now) and costs £89.99/€99.99/$99.99 depending on where you are in the world.

We're already well onboard the PS Classic hype train but what we really, really want is for one of the games to be football-based - preferably FIFA 99.

Arsenal talisman Dennis Bergkamp was on the front cover of the game and though its gameplay and graphics are a million miles away from what we're used to these days, you just can't beat that special retro feel it has.

We really hope FIFA 99 is pre-loaded onto the console but will be content if just one of the many iconic football games get a look-in.

FIFA 97 allowed you to play on an indoor pitch, FIFA 98 let you play out the entire World Cup tournament and four years prior to that we had FIFA 94, where you could literally run away from the referee.
