Arsenal legend Tony Adams was appointed head coach of La Liga side Granada on Monday afternoon.

And it hasn't taken him long to make an impact at the club.

Adams played over 500 games and won four league titles for the Gunners.

However, since the defender hung up his boots, he's had a poor record in management.

The 50-year-old has taken the reigns at Wycombe Wanderers, Portsmouth.

Not to mention Azerbaijani side Gabala FK and of course now Granada.

Given that Adams hasn't spent longer than 12 months at any of the clubs he's been in charge of and with Granada seemingly destined for relegation, expectations aren't exactly sky-high at Los Cármenes.

That hasn't stopped Adams from taking a hands-on approach to training though...

We aren't exactly sure what type of training method Adams is attempting to use in the above clip.
