The 19-year old has made the switch across Madrid from Atletico to Champions League winners Real, becoming the first player in over 17 years to do so.

He put pen to paper on a six-year contract - with Los Blancos paying around £20 million for his services.

Hernandez, who spent last season on loan at Alaves and scored in the 3-1 Copa Del Rey final defeat to Barcelona, had the customary unveiling at the Bernabeu yesterday, adorning the full Real strip for the upcoming season in front of fans in attendance.

But when partaking in the Real Madrid tradition of doing kick-ups for the supporters' viewing pleasure - like marquee signings David Beckham Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka have done at their unveilings, Hernandez had a an absolute nightmare and his failings resulted in one of the embarrassing unveilings you'll ever see.

The pressure got to the left-back, as you can see in the following clip:

It starts off brightly but by the time the third kick up happens, his kicks begin to get heavier and then it's as if he's playing one bounce with himself, before he tries to trap the coolly trap the ball with a deft touch, but fails big time.

Here's how Twitter reacted:

Despite his juggling gaffe, Hernandez stressed his excitement about joining Real.

Speaking at his presentation, he said:

"I am thrilled and very happy to be at the best club in the world. I thank the fans for all the support they are giving me. Various teams wanted me but the best option was to go to Madrid to keep growing."
