Four Years Ago Today, Lionel Messi 'Ended' Jérôme Boateng's Career At The Camp Nou
Four years ago today, Jérôme Boateng had his most famous moment in the Champions League for all of the wrong reasons after Lionel Messi absolutely ruined him.
During the first leg of Barcelona's 2015 semi-final clash with Bayern Munich at the Camp Nou, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner scored a brace in their 3-0 victory.
However, Messi's second goal left Boateng on his backside after the Argentine ace twisted and turned past him with some brilliant dribbling.

To be fair, the 30-year-old Bayern Munich defender has admitted that he found the funny side of the whole incident.
"That doesn't really affect me. I was laughing at myself. When you fall down or slip in a situation and somebody scores a goal, it's normal," he told ESPN.
"These things happen; it happens to me, it happens to other players, I don't care about these things.
"For me, he's the best player in the world. That's football. Sometimes you look bad or something happens. I'm a defender, that doesn't kill me or anything."
Barcelona are currently in the semi-finals of the Champions League and hold a 3-0 aggregate lead over Liverpool.
The second leg will be held at Anfield on Tuesday, with the Reds missing Mohamed Salah or Roberto Firmino for the clash.
