Roma's Cengiz Ünder With Worst Open-Net Miss In Champions League's History
During Roma's Champions League clash with Real Madrid, Cengiz Ünder has now officially put himself up as a candidate for the worst miss in the competition's history.
The ball was slotted into the path of the 21-year-old Turkish winger, who completely misses the open net and denies the Italian club from opening the scoring.
It's only worse news for Ünder after Gareth Bale opened the scoring for Los Blancos in the second half.
As expected, football fans have taken to Twitter in disbelief.
Cengiz Ünder just had the worst miss of the season. Oh my goodness.

Cengiz Ünder is a name to remember tonight? The second half will tell. #RealMadridRoma

Cengiz Ünder's miss may be the worst we'll see during this entire season. Ball went directly towards him, 1 meter from goal and an open goal to place it in. Is it a wonder he missed that against Real Madrid? That's just their usual black magic. Nothing new under the sun.

Is Ünder's miss one of the worst in the Champions League?
