Scotland may have been the only Home Nation not to qualify for Euro 2016, but that didn't mean the Tartan Army would remain quiet throughout the tournament, as their neighbours gallivanted around France.
Following England's shambolic exit at the hands of Iceland, last night, Scottish fans swarmed Twitter to rub salt into the wounds of apoplectic Three Lions supporters, who were once again left wondering what had gone wrong for their team at a major international tournament.

An early Wayne Rooney penalty had handed Roy Hodgson's men the lead, but from there on England fell apart and Hodgson was announcing his resignation within minutes of the final whistle blowing on one of the country's most humiliating defeats.

It would seem as though all that spare time Scottish fans had not being able to watch their own team at the European Championships has been well spent crafting some top notch #FOOTYBANTZ. Fair play, being ridiculed by fans of a country not even in the tournament is precisely what England's players deserve.
