Joey Barton Reignites Neymar Trolling With Sly Tweet

Years after Neymar's endless run of scoring goals and winning trophies with Barcelona, it seemed as if Joey Barton had finally accepted defeat in his personal battle with Neymar. However, the Rangers midfielder has reignited his one sided war of words with the Barcelona man during the La Liga team's Champions League game with Manchester City.

Barca and Neymar didn't enjoy the best night at the Etihad stadium tonight, with City outplaying the Spanish champions and the former Brazil captain enduring a quiet second half. So quiet in fact, that Barton thought Neymar had been substituted at half time.

Naturally, the tweet provoked one or two angry reactions:

Perhaps Joey will revert back to calling the Barca forward a 'cat piss youtube footballer'. We actually preferred that Barton to the one who later admitted Neymar was alright.
