Liverpool Fan's Birthday Picture With Players Doesn't Go To Plan

Liverpool Fan's Birthday Picture With Players Doesn't Go To Plan

It's happened to all of us!

We've all had that experience of meeting our hero(es) and when we've gone to get a picture with them, it's gone terribly wrong.

It's happened to me and I'm pretty sure it's happened to a lot of you.

But no matter how bad it has been, the picture has been nowhere near as bad as the end result a Liverpool fan got when she posed with Jurgen Klopp and the Liverpool players on her birthday.

Mike Deane and his wife Amy, both staunch Liverpool fans, spotted the Liverpool squad walking around town before the 2-2 draw with West Ham at Anfield.

And when Klopp was told it was Amy's birthday, he is said to have got his side to sing "Happy Birthday!" to the birthday girl.

Yet when a picture was taken of Mike, Amy and their Liverpool heroes, there are a lot of heads cut off - as you can see the picture below.

Husband Mike revealed the comical details of the failed photo attempt with Liverpool players in an interview with the Liverpool Echo.

He said:

"We couldn't have thought in a million years the picture would turn out the way it did - it's the greatest photo that never was. It would have been perfect with the entire squad and the Anglican Cathedral in the background.

"Initially I was quite upset but we can see the funny side of it now."

It wasn't all doom and gloom for Amy though as she did manage to sneak a selfie with Klopp after finding out that her picture with Liverpool players had gone horribly wrong.

Not too bad in the end then!
