Despite not playing, Zlatan Ibrahimovic remains the talk of the Europa League after his hilarious and brilliant antics on the touchline, and he continues to deliver on the social media front.

Unfortunately for the towering Swede, he was denied a game on home soil as he continues to recover following surgery on his knee after rupturing ligaments against Anderlecht in the quarter-finals.

Though he was ranting and raving while on crutches on the sideline. According to Jose Mourinho, he even spoke to the Swedish ball boys on taking it easy in the second half in his native tongue.

Following the game, Mourinho revealed Ibrahimovic's cunning yet effective role in the final, "Zlatan, in Swedish, told the ball boys in the second half to take it easy. So, even outside he was playing for us."

And today, Ibrahimovic has yet again posted a typically brilliant post. He's uploaded an image of him carrying the trophy accompanied with the words,"Zlatan Land Zlatan Arena Zlatan Trophy"

Not to mention his bizarre post from the dressing room after United clinched the Europa League.

The 35-year-old added his 33rd career title but his first major European honour, and he took to Instagram to capture the moment in typical Zlatan fashion.

Only he would get away with having his foot inside the trophy.

Ibrahimovic bagged his third United medal of the season after helping guide his side to win the Community Shield in pre-season as well as the League Cup earlier in the season against Southampton.

He got on the score-sheet on both Wembley outings. But ahead of the new campaign, will Ibrahimovic still be at Old Trafford?

The ex-Barcelona and PSG striker has been heavily linked with a move to Stateside as a move to LA Galaxy appears to be on the cards.

The California-based club are prepared to offer him a contract which would make him the highest paid player in the league.

An offer too hard to turn down?
