Henry Asks Zlatan Why He's Not On United Wall, He Reacts Typically

He was only going to respond in one way...

Thierry Henry sat down with Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a lengthy chat about his return to fitness after his ACL injury, Romelu Lukaku and more.

And the charismatic Swede had the Arsenal legend, now working as a pundit for Sky Sports, in stitches over a comment he made while they were having a tour of United's AON training complex.

When the two were in the gym where Ibrahimovic put in countless hours to recover from an injury that threatened to end his career, Henry posed the question as to why Ibrahimovic isn't on the famous Man United wall, which is packed with murals of greats such as George Best, Bobby Charlton, David Beckham, Cristiano and Ronaldo and other legends.

The 36-year old was never going to respond with a normal, robotic answer and instead had his fellow striker in stitches.

In-fact, before Henry had even asked the question, the United No.10 already knew what was coming, saying: "I know what you're going to ask me. It's coming next year."

But then when Henry did ask him why he's not on the wall just yet, he conjured up another bit of Zlatan goodness to add to the collection.

"You know why?," he added.

"Because they still don't know how God is looking."

That prompted Henry to burst into laughter and briefly disappear off-screen as he tried to control his giggles.

The interview on the whole is a brilliant watch, which always the case when Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in the hot-seat. Having scored 28 goals in 46 games in all competitions last season, he is out to lift the Premier League trophy in his second season at Old Trafford.

"I said I have come back to finish what I started," he said to Sky Sports.

"Everything I built up in the first season - obviously we won the three trophies - the ending for me was not the ending I wanted, or nobody wanted, especially after how the season went.

"The target is the Premier League. That is my target to finish. Everything I started in the first season, we will finish in the second one."
