In one of the most bizarre incidents to occur anywhere in world football, this season, a chairman of a Tunisian top tier team has received a lifetime ban from football for displaying some bizarre, touchy feely behaviour towards a linesman.
Moncef Khemakhem, chairman of CS Sfaxien, decided it'd be a laugh to approach the official during Sfaxien's game with Etoile du Sahel and begin a rather ill advised mating ritual.
Not only did Khemakhem pinch the linesman's bum twice like a horny teenage lad/sleazy mid life crisis businessman snaking his way around a Walkabout dance floor, he also BIT HIS EAR AND KISSED HIM ON THE CHEEK.
Now, had Khemakhem been celebrating a league title victory or something similar, we could forgive him perhaps hugging and kissing anyone in sight out of sheer jubilation, but this wasn't a celebratory bit of affection, it was an absurd, creepy act of frustration, brought on by the awarding of a penalty against Sfaxien.
Not content with his borderline molestation of a match official, the Sfaxien chairman then boasted of his actions two days later on national television, saying that he felt the linesman's arse "to cheer him up because he lost the match".

A shake of the hand would have probably sufficed, mate.
As a result of his actions, which were described as "dangerous and unsporting behaviour", "indecent assault" and "harm to good morals" by the Tunisian Football Federation, Khemakhem has been banned from all footballing related activities for life and fined €12,000.
Sfaxien would go onto win the match 3-2. It is so far their only victory of the season.
