Juventus were cruelly beaten by Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter final thanks to a controversial penalty given in the 90th minute. Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini though there was foul play going on.

Last week Real Madrid were unstoppable beating Juve in Turin 3-0 and virtually ending the tie in the first leg, or at least that's what we all thought but then we thought the same about Barcelona and Roma.

The Old Lady knew they had to start quickly and they did with Mario Mandzukic heading home in the second minute and Real's defence looked all at sea in the first half and the former Atletico Madrid forward added a second before half time.

A mistake by Keylor Navas allowed Blaise Matuidi to score the Italian's third goal of the night and put the tie level and heading for extra time but Juventus knew if they grabbed another they would surely go through.

However disaster struck when Los Blancos won a penalty when Medhi Benatia brought down Lucas Vazquez in the box, it was questionable whether Beantia made that much contact but he certainly didn't get near the ball.

With Twitter debating whether it should have been a goal one person was certain, defender Giorgio Chiellini, the Italian was seen suggesting the ref, Englishman Michael Oliver had been bribed:

Was it a penalty or not?
