A Compilation Of Lionel Messi's Best Passes Proves He Sees Things We Don't Consider Possible

A Compilation Of Lionel Messi's Best Passes Proves He Sees Things We Don't Consider Possible

A Twitter user has created a video which shows some of the best passes Lionel Messi has ever made and it makes for lovely viewing.

The Barcelona forward is often renowned for his goal scoring but he has always had an array of ridiculous passes in his locker.

Check out the video below.

Messi has played with many world-class forwards over the years who have benefitted from his service.

The fact that some of the chances he creates in the video aren't taken just shows how creative he can be.

He has recorded a staggering 277 assists in his career and it's a testament to the influence that he has on games.

The three main forwards in Barcelona's era of dominance alongside Messi were David Villa in the early 2010's and then Luis Suarez and Neymar who formed the deadly 'MSN' trio.

His play-making abilities are often overlooked due to the sheer amount of goals he scores.

This means that he is often pushed further forward and is either up front or used as an inside forward to get the most out of his finishing.

The 32-year-old came joint top of the La Liga assist charts with Pablo Sarabia in last seasons La Liga, registering 13.

One of his best passes however may have come earlier this season against Real Valladolid.

The Barca captain took out five players with one sumptuous ball to Arturo Vidal who managed to thump the ball home.

He also produced another piece of magic this weekend by scoring two trademark free-kicks against Celta Vigo.

He curled home in superb style from 25 yards out against Celta Vigo in first-half injury time.

And he followed it up with an exquisite dink over the wall from slightly closer range early in the second half.
