Watch: Olivier Giroud Scores Four Goals Including Perfect Hat-Trick

Olivier Giroud scored four times, including a perfect hat trick, on Wednesday night to help Chelsea defeat Sevilla in the Champions League.
The Frenchman hadn't started in the Premier League or Champions League this season until the clash, and clearly went out with something to prove to manager Frank Lampard.
Not only did the 34-year-old net a perfect hat trick, but in doing so he became the oldest player to score three in one game in the Champions League/European Cup since Ferenc Puskas.
Giroud is the oldest player to score a hat-trick in the Champions League/European Cup since Ferenc Puskas for Real Madrid vs Feyenoord in 1965.

Giroud started off with some quick footwork and curling left-footed finish after a great team build-up from front to back by the Blues - including a driving run from new signing Kai Havertz.

Lampard may have to give the World Cup winner a go in the Premier League after this performance, with rival Timo Werner not having hit the back of the net for Chelsea since 4 November v Rennes
