Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with a shock transfer to Premier League giants Chelsea for €120 million.

The Blues have already confirmed the signing of Ajax's Hakim Ziyech this summer and Timo Werner of RB Leipzig has reportedly agreed terms with the club.

However, the real big business hasn't even started yet according to the global press per Marca.

Frank Lampard's side are reportedly interested in the five time Ballon d'Or winner and the fee is around what Juventus paid to sign Ronaldo from Real Madrid in 2018.

Chelsea fans are incredibly skeptical of the transfer links but have reacted on social media in typical fashion.

While Ronaldo would be a massive signing for The Blues, the chances of it happening are incredibly slim.

Roman Abramovich is keen to invest in the squad and make his side viable title contenders, with the club focusing on young stars which have been neglected in the past.

Ronaldo returned to action on Friday night in the Coppa Italia semi-final second leg against AC Milan.

He wasn't at his best and missed a penalty, but Juventus managed to advance to the final on away goals following a 0-0 draw at the Allianz Stadium.

While Chelsea have signed one attacker and are close to agreeing a deal for a second, it seems that another forward could be on his way to Stamford Bridge.

Brentford star Saïd Benrahma is on the club's radar and French outlet RMC Sport claim they have entered talks with the 24-year-old's entourage over a summer switch.

Speaking about his future in April, the Algerian ace said: "I can not complain. I am now focused on my club in Brentford after it makes me happy that upscale Premier League clubs are behind me.

"'I have a contract with Brentford and I have to honour them properly."

Benrahma has scored 10 goals and assisted eight in the Championship this season.
