Jack Grealish has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a summer transfer.

The Aston Villa captain is wanted by a variety of clubs across Europe but he's reportedly set his sights on Old Trafford according to Goal.

Grealish has been in inspirational form for his boyhood side this season and has scored seven as well as assisted five.

The 24-year-old has reportedly begun searching for a house in the Manchester area despite the two clubs not agreeing on a transfer.

His wages are also set to increase a huge boost from the current £100,000 a week Villa are paying him.

Villa manager Dean Smith likely knows it would be hard to keep his talisman come next season, especially if they fail in their bid to escape relegation.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are reportedly targeting Grealish ahead of Leicester City James Maddison.

Maddison is set to sign a new deal at the King Power Stadium in an attempt to warn off potential suitors.

United's midfield has been ravaged by injuries this season with Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay spending lengthy stretches on the sidelines.

In the case of Pogba, he's only managed to play eight Premier League games this season and is likely to leave next summer.

Bruno Fernandes joined from Sporting Lisbon in January but 'The Red Devils' will want reinforcements in the summer.

United will likely want to sort a deal for Grealish before the Euros kick-off in June.

Many think he should be in Gareth Southgate's squad, including Smith.

"Everyone is taking notice of him because of the way he's playing. He's turned into an all-round player," Smith said last month per The Independent.

"But the beauty of Jack is he's a great guy as well. And he keeps pushing us as coaches to make him better and when you've got that attitude and that application then you're going to be a top player.

"People will take notice of him, that's for sure, and he's doing what he can to get himself noticed by the England squad.

"We've got a really good dressing room of players who have got an awful lot of potential.

"They are all willing learners but at the moment Jack's got a little bit of star quality about him and the players can see that as well."
