Chelsea's list of transfer targets for next season could see them walk out with a frightening XI to begin the 2020/2021 season.

Frank Lampard failed to add to his side in January after a transfer ban last year but is set to be handed £150 million to spend this summer.

There are four players who've been linked with 'The Blues' which would transform them from top four contenders to Premier League title challengers.

Check out the potential team below.

One position that isn't settled under Lampard is the goalkeeper.

Kepa Arrizabalaga was signed for £72 million in 2018 but hasn't lived up to the price-tag.

The Spaniard found himself on the bench for Saturday's 2-2 draw with Leicester City following a string of poor performances.

A keeper 'The Blues' have been linked with is AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The 20-year-old is currently at AC Milan who have slumped to eighth in the Serie A table.

A standout for Chelsea this year has been Reece James.

He'll have the right-back spot at Stamford Bridge as his own in the future but left-back has been a problem position.

Leicester defender Ben Chilwell, who scored in Saturday's draw, is admired by many of England's top clubs.

Fellow England international Jadon Sancho has also been tipped to leave Borussia Dortmund in the next transfer window.

Chelsea have exciting youngsters in attack but struggle with depth, as Lampard has marginalised forwards such as Pedro and Olivier Giroud this season.

Sancho has had a prolific season in Germany and has 12 goals and 13 assists in the Bundesliga this season.

Despite Tammy Abraham's promising debut season as Chelsea's striker, it's clear that the 22-year-old can't do it all on his own.

Chelsea attempted to sign Napoli striker Dries Mertens in the dying hours of Friday's Transfer Deadline Day but a move failed to materialise.

Lampard was visibly frustrated in his press conference that afternoon, likely knowing Abraham needs help up top.

That help could be in the form of French forward Moussa Dembele.

The former Celtic man has been linked with a move to Manchester United in the past and has impressed at Lyon.

Despite no signings this year, Chelsea have managed to make it into the top four and exceed all expectations.
