A football fan has created the ultimate TierMaker for attackers ranked from 'GOAT tier' to 'fifth tier'.

Twitter user @mralma48 decided to take a shot at ranking Europe's highest rated attackers and settled on only Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi being worthy of the 'GOAT' tag.

Messi and Ronaldo being ranked in the highest tier comes as no surprise considering their remarkable achievements over the years.

Check out the entire TierMaker below.

Eden Hazard features in the top tier despite his injury-ravaged first season at Real Madrid.

The Belgian only featured in 16 La Liga games all season and admitted himself that aspects of his debut campaign have been 'bad'.

"My first season at Madrid is bad, but not everything is bad," the 29-year-old told RTBF per talkSPORT.

"It is an adaptation season. I will be judged in the second. It is up to me to be in good shape next year. The group is good, I have met new people. For me it is a great experience. I still have four years of contract, I hope be in good shape."

Kylian Mbappe and Neymar also feature in the second highest tier which comes as no surprise.

The duo have formed a solid partnership at Paris Saint-Germain and are arguably the best in the world outside of Messi and Ronaldo.
